You are solely responsible for determining applicable notices, deadlines, recipients, and filing methods.You must provide complete, accurate, and timely information and review all documents before submission.You are responsible for payment of all applicable fees, taxes, and third-party costs.We rely entirely on your inputs and do not independently verify compliance unless expressly agreed in writing.

Placing an Order authorizes us to prepare and, if selected, deliver or submit requested documents.Submission of an Order does not mean a document is filed.You remain responsible for meeting all legal deadlines.Any reminders provided are for convenience only and are not legal advice or guarantees.

Delivery, filing, or recording dates depend on Third-Party Services and circumstances beyond our control.We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors by third parties.If a filing or delivery is rejected, we will notify you and may reattempt upon your instruction and payment of additional fees.
