Account and data deletion
Delete your Lienlink account and data.
Lienlink is operated by Lien Link, LLC. You can request deletion without signing in or installing the app.
Request deletion by email
- Email privacy@lienlink.com with the subject Delete my Lienlink account.
- Include your account email address. Tell us whether you want your account deleted or only specific personal data removed.
- Send the email to submit your request. Our team may need to verify your identity before acting.
Do not send your password, payment details, or identity documents in your initial email.
The button opens your email app; it does not send the request. You can also copy the address above.
Delete from the mobile app
In the Lienlink mobile app, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps to delete your account directly.
If you cannot sign in or do not see that option, use the email request above.
Before you confirm: transfer ownership of any organizations you want to keep using. Use Settings → Organization settings to transfer ownership. Otherwise, deleting your account also removes organizations you own from the workspace.
Account deletion cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile, and avatar. You lose access to the account.
You leave organizations you do not own; those organizations remain available to their other members. Their active Jobs remain with the organization.
For a request to remove only specific data, identify that data in your email.
What is kept, and for how long
Deleting an account does not erase Job records or their history, including information recorded within them. Jobs from removed organizations disappear from the workspace, but their history is retained separately.
Retention period: we retain Job history for as long as it has legal consequences for the company. This depends on the records involved; there is no single fixed number of days.
Our Privacy Policy explains our broader data practices. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
